VeloPDF includes the VeloRead reading workspace. It is designed as a local-first PDF reading and document workspace where reading data, highlights, notes, insights, and related document context stay on the user's device unless the user explicitly exports or shares content.
Privacy at a glance

1. Information We Do Not Collect
VeloPDF does not require an account and does not collect personal reading content as part of the core local reading workflow.

2. Data Stored on Device
The VeloRead workspace inside VeloPDF is designed to keep core reading context on the device.
- PDF documents opened by the user
- Highlights and annotations
- Notes and reading insights
- Reading briefs
- Knowledge graph or document connections where available
- Preferences and settings
3. Subscriptions and Payments
VeloPDF Plus, sometimes referred to as VeloRead Plus inside the app, may include ad removal, unlimited exports, and premium features.
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. VeloPDF does not collect or store payment information.
4. RevenueCat
RevenueCat is used for subscription verification. It may process an anonymous app user identifier, entitlement status, purchase transaction status, and device or platform metadata required for billing validation.
RevenueCat does not receive PDF documents, highlights, notes, insights, or reading data.

5. Advertisements
The free version of VeloPDF may show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, and ad interaction data.
Users who subscribe to Plus have ads removed.

6. Data Sharing
VeloPDF does not sell personal data.
Limited technical information may be processed by the following services only for purchases, subscriptions, ads, and platform services:
- Google Play Billing for purchases and subscriptions
- RevenueCat for subscription verification and entitlement status
- Google AdMob for ads in the free version
7. Data Security
Reading data is local to the device. Users should protect their device and keep backups of important documents.
8. Children's Privacy
VeloPDF is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated periodically as VeloPDF evolves, as platform requirements change, or as new supporting services are introduced.
